Johnstown area man accused of forcing young girl to perform sex acts with 'sex syrup'
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Johnstown police say a local man is behind bars following an investigation into allegations that he forced a young relative to perform sex acts involving adult sex products.
Police say last August, officers spoke with the victim, who disclosed that she had been sexually assaulted by 33-year-old Scott Wagner.
According to the affidavit, police say the victim described an incident in which Wagner reportedly used an adult product known as "sex syrup" and forced her to perform various sexual acts.
Police say Wagner also allegedly "bribed" the victim by telling her that he would "buy her anything she wanted for her birthday."
Authorities say a search of Wagner's residence lead to the discovery of a bottle of "chocolate flavored sex syrup."
According to online court records, Wagner was arraigned Tuesday on charges of child rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent exposure and corruption of minors.
He is being held at the Cambria County Prison on $75,000 bail.
