The case began with a document, dated July of 2013, that turned out to be a fake bail order involving a Centre County jail inmate, and an alleged murder for hire plot. JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Johnstown police say they found more drugs in the storage unit of a Ferndale man who was arrested Wednesday after driving under the influence and having 60 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle. Police say 27-year-old Andrew Colvin was arrested Wednesday and further investigation led police to a storage unit in Stonycreek Township that was owned by Colvin. Police say during an exterior search performed by K9 officer Thor, the dog indicated there was an odor of narcotics.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A U.S. built temporary pier that had been used to deliver additional humanitarian aid into Gaza was damaged by rough seas and has temporarily suspended operations, three U.S. officials told The Associated Press on Tuesday. The Joint Logistics Over The Shore, or JLOTS, pier only began operations last week and had provided an additional way to get critically needed food to Gaza.
