CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. — A Blairsville woman has died as the result of a single-vehicle crash in West Carroll Township early Sunday morning, Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said. According to Lees, Hannah Adams was travelling north on Deveaux Street just before 1:30 a.m. when she failed to negotiate a curve. Lees said that Adams then lost control and hit a dumpster before striking a parked car. According to Lees, Adams was taken to Conemaugh Miners Medical Center where she was pronounced dead at around 2:45 a.

Pa (WJAC) — The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission announced that it will reopen its service plazas on Friday, after they were briefly shutdown to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. All 17 of the PA Turnpike service plazas will be reopened Friday at 7 a.m., according to a news release, and restrooms inside the plazas will be open 24/7. The Turnpike Commission also said that limited food options will be available, for takeout only, from 7 a.
LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police have arrested a Washington state man for allegedly sexually abusing his child in Lancaster County, and officials are still searching for a second suspect, the mother of the child. According to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, police took 56-year-old John Dehart into custody on April 18 in Philadelphia on charges related to the sexual assault of his child. Police are also searching for the child's mother, 34-year-old Sarah Miller, also on charges related to the rape of a child.

The Upper Darby school board on Tuesday voted unanimously to accept Drexel Middle School teacher Renee Greeley's resignation, effective Oct. 17. Greeley was placed on administrative leave after parent Rasheed Noel posted video on Oct. 10 of the minor car accident in the school parking lot.

Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Officials with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General say a lawsuit has been filed against a Cambria County car dealer for illegally selling used cars through Facebook Marketplace. Investigators say David Gaida, who reportedly operated under the name "Dave's Auto Sales," was allegedly not licensed to sell vehicles. Officials say anyone who sells at least five vehicles in a single calendar year is required to follow specific dealership guidelines, which Gaida reportedly did not do.
