LOGAN TOWNSHIP -- Three men broke into the Horseshoe Curve historic landmark Sunday while people across the country watched on a livestream and dialed 911, Logan Township police said. Virtual Railfan, LLC provides livestreams of various popular railroad sites across the United States, including the Horseshoe Curve. Fans of the livestream said Sunday night that almost 200 people had been watching around the time of the break-in. Police said three men are involved, and the video shows them squeeze through a fence, and one man briefly gets stuck.

State police are investigating after a shooting left one man dead in Lycoming County Saturday evening. According to a press release, the shooting occurred in the parking lot of a TGI Friday's in Williamsport around 6:30 p.m. State police said that, while the circumstances of the shooting are still being investigated at this time, there is one deceased black male as a result of the shooting. The press release states that, after the shooting occurred, the unknown actor fled the scene both on foot and then in a vehicle.

OSCEOLA MILLS, Pa. - Osceola Mills is under a local emergency, according to the Columbia Fire Company. The station said it has opened a shelter at their headquarters and another shelter is opened at the Catholic Church in Osceola. The fire company said that Curtain Park Court and the Newtown and Logan Road areas were hit the hardest with flooding and several residents had to be evacuated. The American Red Cross is responding to the area and will be visiting residents in the heaviest hit areas and will provide them with cleanup kits.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — State police say a 1-year-old child is safe after her mother left her alone and naked in the woods in Lancaster County Monday night. Troopers say they found the 17-month-old girl in the woods behind a trailer park in Providence Township just after midnight. They believe the girl had been there for about three hours. Police charged the child's mother, 33-year-old Angela Benedict, with child endangerment.
