A tense situation in Cambria County happened Thursday morning, ending with a suspect in custody. Richland Township Police said they were alerted to a domestic situation. When they responded, police say they were told the man, who was alleged to be involved, took off, while armed with a handgun. Investigators said they tracked him to a home along Banyon Drive, but the suspect refused to meet or talk to officers.
The EBT foundation has finally restored their 107 year old steam engine right here in Rock Hill Furnace PA. The event is a part of the 2023 winter spectacular which is a long-standing tradition for the railroad. COLUMBIA, Tenn. (AP) — Severe storms were tearing through the central and southeast U.S. late Tuesday and Wednesday, spawning damaging tornadoes, producing massive hail, and killing two people in Tennessee and one person in North Carolina. CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Police in Cambria County confirmed a Westmont Hilltop wrestler was charged for stealing a gun at West Hills Fitness in Lower Yoder Township. Court documents said Ethan Kelly, 18, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on Tuesday. Both charges were classified as felonies. His record this year for Westmont was 37-4. He placed third in the 138 pound weight class in the Southwest Regional Class Double-A Tournament in Indiana, PA, last weekend.
