Jefferson Co., PA (WJAC) — Police in Jefferson County have filed charges against an Ohio woman after a dead dog was found inside a cage outside a Brookville hotel earlier this year. Brookville police say they began investigating the incident in mid-January after the dog was found outside the Rodeway Inn. Police say surveillance video reportedly showed a couple removing the cage from the hotel room and leaving it in the parking lot.
